These providers have their own terms, security practices, and privacy policies.
With your direction or consent
We may disclose information when you ask us to, authorize us to, or consent to a particular use.

We use analytics and advertising technologies, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and the Meta Pixel. These technologies may collect information about your device, website activity, and interactions with our communications. We may use that information to measure traffic and campaign performance, understand how visitors use the Services, and deliver or evaluate advertising.
We do not sell personal information to third parties in exchange for money. However, some privacy laws may define certain disclosures through advertising technologies as “sale,” “sharing,” or use for “targeted advertising.” Where those laws apply, we will provide the disclosures and choices they require.
7. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Services and our providers may use cookies and similar technologies to:
- Keep you signed in;

- Purchases and receipts;
- Account access;
- Course participation;

We may use email-delivery information, including opens and link activity, to operate and improve our communications where permitted by law.
9. How Long We Retain Information
We retain personal information for as long as we reasonably consider it useful for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing ongoing access, maintaining business records, supporting coaching continuity, resolving disputes, improving our work, and complying with legal, tax, accounting, and contractual obligations.
Because course access may continue indefinitely, we may retain account, purchase, enrollment, and course-progress records while an account or offering remains active.
Unless you request deletion or a shorter period is required by law or an agreement, we may retain:
- Coaching applications;
- Agreements and consent records;
- Session notes;
- Transcripts and AI-assisted summaries;
- Coaching emails and follow-up materials;
- Course responses and participation records; and

for an indefinite period.
This allows us to preserve continuity, revisit prior work when requested, maintain accurate records, and learn from our work over time.
You may request deletion by contacting info@mikewangcoaching.com. We will evaluate the request in light of applicable law, contractual obligations, operational needs, the rights of other people, and any legitimate reason to retain particular records.
Information may remain in backups or archived systems for a period after deletion from active systems.
10. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
These measures may include:
- Password-protected accounts;
- Access controls;
- Secure third-party platforms;
- Encrypted transmission where supported;
- Authentication measures;
- Restricted access to coaching records; and
- Security and software updates managed by us or our providers.
No internet transmission, electronic storage system, video platform, or cloud service is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
Please protect your passwords and notify us promptly if you believe an account or communication has been compromised.

You may use an authorized agent where permitted by law. We may request proof that the agent is authorized to act for you.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
These rights are subject to exceptions. For example, we may retain information when reasonably necessary to complete a transaction, provide a requested service, comply with law, protect security, exercise legal rights, or maintain records that we are legally or contractually permitted to retain.
