These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of mikewangcoaching.com, courses.mikewangcoaching.com, and other websites, pages, programs, and online services operated by Mike Wang Coaching, LLC that link to these Terms (collectively, the “Site”).
Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

References to “Mike Wang Coaching,” the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean Mike Wang Coaching, LLC.
2. Scope of These Terms
These Terms govern your use of the Site, including its free content, articles, videos, quizzes, downloads, course pages, account features, and other online materials.
Courses, coaching services, memberships, purchases, and other offerings may be subject to additional terms presented at checkout or in a separate written agreement.
If additional terms conflict with these Terms concerning a particular purchase or service, the additional terms control for that purchase or service. For example, private coaching is governed by the applicable coaching agreement in addition to these Terms.
Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy.
3. Eligibility
The Site and our paid offerings are intended for adults who are legally able to enter into binding agreements.
If you are under 18, you may use the Site or purchase an offering only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
We do not knowingly offer services directly to children under 13.
4. Educational and Coaching Nature of the Content
The Site and our courses provide education, training, reflection, and coaching-related information intended to support personal development, relationships, decision-making, and the development of inner and relational skills.
The Site and its Content do not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or other licensed professional advice. They are not a substitute for diagnosis, treatment, therapy, crisis support, or care from a qualified professional.
Mike Wang Coaching, LLC does not currently provide psychotherapy or massage therapy services, even where the Site refers to Mike Wang’s education, previous registrations, or professional background.
If you are experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, contact an appropriate emergency service or qualified healthcare provider. In the United States, you can call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline or call 911 in an emergency.
You remain responsible for determining whether the Site, a course, or coaching is appropriate for you and for the decisions and actions you take.
5. No Guaranteed Results
People differ in their circumstances, participation, consistency, relationships, prior experience, and application of what they learn.
We do not promise or guarantee any particular personal, relational, emotional, professional, health, or financial outcome from using the Site, participating in a course, or receiving coaching.
Testimonials and participant stories describe individual experiences. They are not promises that you will receive the same or similar results.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Site and the materials made available through it are owned by or licensed to Mike Wang Coaching, LLC.
These materials may include text, course materials, videos, audio recordings, exercises, practices, worksheets, graphics, photographs, designs, branding, downloads, software, and other content (collectively, the “Content”).
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and any additional terms that apply to an offering, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Content for your own noncommercial purposes.
You may not, without prior written permission:
- Copy, reproduce, republish, sell, license, or commercially exploit the Content;
- Share purchased course materials or account access with another person;
- Record, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative products from the Content;
- Remove copyright, trademark, attribution, or proprietary notices;
- Use the Content to train, develop, or improve an artificial-intelligence model or commercial dataset;
- Scrape, systematically download, or extract substantial portions of the Site; or
- Present the Content as your own work.
Brief quotations and links may be used when permitted by applicable law and accompanied by appropriate attribution.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the Content or grants a license to use the name, logo, trademarks, or branding of Mike Wang Coaching, LLC except as expressly stated.
7. Accounts and Course Access
Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account information current.
You are responsible for:
- Protecting your login credentials;
- All activity conducted through your account;
- Notifying us if you suspect unauthorized access; and
- Ensuring that your use of the account complies with these Terms.
Course and membership access is licensed to the purchaser for individual use. You may not share, transfer, sell, or provide access to your account.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe that an account has been shared, used fraudulently, used to violate intellectual-property rights, or otherwise used in material violation of these Terms.
If access is suspended or terminated, we will act reasonably in light of the nature and seriousness of the issue. Termination does not limit any rights or remedies available to either party under an applicable purchase agreement or law.
8. Purchases and Payment
Prices and payment terms are displayed at the time of purchase. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the payment method you provide.
Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Stripe or Simplero. We do not control their systems, and their services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
You are responsible for applicable taxes unless the purchase page states otherwise.
If an installment plan or recurring payment arrangement is offered, its price, payment schedule, renewal terms, and cancellation procedure will be disclosed before purchase.
You agree not to initiate a chargeback for a valid charge without first making a reasonable effort to contact us at info@mikewangcoaching.com so that we can review the issue. This provision does not limit any rights you have under applicable law or your payment-card agreement.
9. Refunds, Cancellations, and Termination
Refund, cancellation, pause, and termination terms may differ among courses, coaching services, memberships, and other offerings.
Requests will be handled according to:
- The terms presented on the applicable sales or checkout page;
- Any separate agreement governing the service;
- Any written offer or policy provided at the time of purchase; and
- Applicable law.
Private coaching is governed by the refund, cancellation, rescheduling, pause, and termination provisions in the applicable coaching agreement.
Nothing in these Terms limits a refund, cancellation, or consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
10. Lifetime Access
When an offering includes “lifetime access,” this means access for as long as Mike Wang Coaching, LLC continues to operate and make that offering available and has the legal and technical ability to provide it.
We may update, reorganize, migrate, replace, or discontinue a platform or delivery method. When reasonably possible, we will attempt to provide continued access through the existing platform, a replacement platform, downloadable materials, or another substantially comparable method.
Lifetime access does not mean that a particular third-party platform, format, feature, lesson, or version of an offering will remain unchanged forever.
11. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Site to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation;
- Infringe another person’s intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
- Upload or transmit malicious code;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to an account, server, system, or restricted material;
- Interfere with the security or operation of the Site;
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity;
- Harass, threaten, exploit, or harm another person;
- Collect information about other users without authorization;
- Use automated means to scrape or extract Content except as permitted by law; or
- Facilitate conduct that would violate these Terms.
We may restrict access or take other reasonable action in response to suspected misuse.
12. User Submissions and Feedback
Information you submit through contact forms, applications, quizzes, course exercises, coaching communications, and account features remains subject to our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, a separate coaching or service agreement.
You retain ownership of original materials you provide. You grant us the limited rights reasonably necessary to receive, store, process, and use those materials to provide the service you requested, operate the Site, comply with law, and enforce our agreements.
If you voluntarily provide feedback or suggestions about the Site, a course, or another offering, you grant Mike Wang Coaching, LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use that feedback to evaluate, improve, and promote our offerings.
This feedback license does not give us unrestricted rights to publish confidential coaching communications, private applications, identifiable personal stories, or your original creative work.
We will not publicly use your name, likeness, testimonial, or identifiable personal story for promotional purposes without your permission.
13. Email Communications
When you create an account, make a purchase, apply for coaching, or participate in an offering, you agree to receive communications reasonably necessary to administer that relationship. These may include receipts, access information, scheduling communications, policy notices, service announcements, and account-related messages.
If you subscribe to newsletters or marketing communications, you may unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the email or contacting info@mikewangcoaching.com.
Unsubscribing from marketing messages does not prevent us from sending transactional or service-related communications that are necessary to administer an account, purchase, course, or coaching relationship.
14. Privacy and Security
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information under our control. No website, electronic transmission, storage system, or third-party platform can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You are responsible for protecting your passwords and devices and for notifying us if you believe your account or information has been accessed without authorization.
We may use service providers to operate the Site, process payments, deliver content, manage email, host meetings, analyze usage, and support other business functions. Those providers may process information on our behalf as described in the Privacy Policy.
15. Third-Party Services and Links
The Site may link to or depend on services operated by third parties, including Simplero, Stripe, Zoom, Google, YouTube, and other technology providers.
We do not control and are not responsible for:
- The availability or operation of third-party services;
- Their content, security, or privacy practices;
- Changes they make to their products or policies; or
- Losses caused solely by their systems or conduct.
A link or integration does not necessarily imply endorsement. Your use of a third-party service may be governed by that provider’s terms.
16. Site Availability and Changes
We make reasonable efforts to keep the Site and purchased materials available, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.
Access may be affected by maintenance, security issues, internet outages, third-party platforms, technical problems, events outside our reasonable control, or changes necessary to maintain or improve an offering.
We may update, reorganize, correct, or modify Site content and course materials. We may also discontinue free features or materials.
If a material change affects a paid offering, we will act consistently with the applicable purchase terms and law.
17. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and Content are provided “as is” and “as available.”
Mike Wang Coaching, LLC disclaims warranties of every kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
- The Site will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free;
- Every error or defect will be corrected;
- The Site will be free of viruses or harmful components;
- The Content will be complete or suitable for every person or circumstance; or
- Using the Site or an offering will produce a particular result.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mike Wang Coaching, LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from or related to the Site, Content, or an offering.
This includes loss of profits, revenue, opportunities, goodwill, data, or use, even if the possibility of such damages was known.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or related to the Site or a particular offering will not exceed the amount you paid to Mike Wang Coaching, LLC for the offering giving rise to the claim during the twelve months before the event giving rise to liability.
These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or other rights protected by applicable consumer law.
19. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mike Wang Coaching, LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from third-party claims, liabilities, losses, and reasonable legal expenses arising from:
- Your material violation of these Terms;
- Your unlawful use of the Site;
- Content you knowingly submit in violation of another person’s rights; or
- Your fraudulent or intentionally harmful conduct.
We reserve the right to control the defense of a covered claim. You agree to provide reasonable cooperation.
This section does not require you to indemnify us for our own negligence, willful misconduct, or violation of law.
20. Copyright and Intellectual-Property Concerns

- The material you believe is infringing;
- Its location on the Site;
- Your contact information;
- The basis for your claim; and
- Any other information reasonably necessary to evaluate the request.
We may remove or restrict access to disputed material while reviewing a good-faith claim.
21. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Subject to any consumer rights or jurisdictional protections that cannot legally be waived, any legal proceeding arising from or relating to these Terms shall be brought in the state courts located in Boulder County, Colorado, or in the United States District Court for the District of Colorado.
Before filing a claim, the parties agree to make a reasonable, good-faith effort to resolve the issue informally by written communication. This requirement does not prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief or taking action before a legal deadline expires.
22. Termination
You may stop using the Site at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Site or an offering if you materially violate these Terms, misuse an account, infringe intellectual-property rights, engage in fraud, threaten the security of the Site, or fail to make required payments.
Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue before termination. Immediate action may be taken when necessary to protect people, information, intellectual property, payment systems, or Site security.
Termination does not eliminate rights or obligations that arose before termination. Provisions concerning intellectual property, payments, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, governing law, and dispute resolution survive termination.
23. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our offerings, business practices, technology, or legal obligations.
The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective or “Last Updated” date.
If a change materially affects an existing paid service, we will provide reasonable notice when required by law or the applicable agreement.
Your continued use of the Site after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Changes do not retroactively alter the material terms of a completed purchase unless you agree or the law permits the change.
24. General Provisions
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the greatest extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms as part of a merger, restructuring, sale of assets, or transfer of the business, subject to applicable law.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms governing a particular offering, constitute the applicable agreement between you and Mike Wang Coaching, LLC.
