One-on-one coaching session (50 minutes)—$225

Seven-session package (includes IFS1 + IFS2)—$1,400
This package includes 7x 50-min sessions to be used within 4 months of purchase.

Twelve-session package (includes complete IFS program)—$2,160
This package includes 12x 50-min sessions to be used within 7 months of purchase.
